The weekly recap: September 14 | See you next year in CLE!
That’s a wrap. CommunityLIVE 2018 is over. It was amazing. More than 2,000 attendees descended on Nashville, and, thanks to their enthusiasm and knowledge, this was the best CommunityLIVE yet.
Until next year, when we raise the bar even higher. And we’ll be gathering in Hyland’s hometown. That’s right, Cleveland!

- This week, we announced a partnership with Change Healthcare.
Now, instead of spending days using faxes, portals, or postal mail, providers and payers can transmit claim attachments quickly and automatically. Not only does this new collaboration help improve the patient experience, it also optimizes the revenue cycle and reduces the inefficiencies and wait times posed by medical documentation requests.
- Also this week, we announced three government organizations as OnBase Innovation Award finalists.
Congratulations to the City of Lincoln, Wasatch County, Utah, and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency! And congrats to Wasatch County for taking home the win.
My fav thing of the week
- Without a doubt, my favorite thing at CommunityLIVE this week was Mel Robbins. She really crushed it.
As I mentioned in my blog post, when I first heard about her, I figured Robbins would deliver some sort of motivational speech. Nope. No Chris Farley-like “van down by the river” moments here.
