The weekly recap: December 21 | Going to the dogs

Dogs. I love ‘em. As do many, many Hylanders.

If you’re a long-time reader, you’ve seen tons of pictures of Hyland doggies over the years. So as we close out the year, why not a few more?

First, the news.

The Hyland Blog

  • What does getting a puppy have in common with organizational change? Turns out, a lot.

To find out the similarities, and how to manage these changes like a pro, check out Change is coming by Carissa Nettle, Hyland Global Services program manager. With a face like the one above, are you really not going to click the link?

  • After attending the inaugural Blockland Solutions Conference, Scott Craig – Hyland associate AVP of Product Management – is convinced blockchain technology has reached the tipping point.

Check out Craig’s blog post to clear up some blockchain misconceptions, see examples of how organizations are already using this technology, and watch a video of Bill Priemer – Hyland’s president and CEO – touring the conference.

  • Every journey begins with a catalyst. Regardless of how your organization’s digital transformation starts, it’s important to know what resources are available to help guide you along your path.

Sarah Stoner – content specialist at Hyland – wrote this great piece to identify three key resources to help you move your organization forward with confidence.

My fav thing of the week: Dogs

  • Actually, dogs are my favorite thing every week. These are mine: Cricket, Lula, and Pip.

They’re all rescue dogs, but over the last decade, they’ve become a solid unit. The only thing that can come between these three is a (shh! whisper) T … R … E … A … T.

As we close out the year, I hope you were able to chase down your dreams like Crickey, Lula B, and Pipperoni going after squirrels in our backyard.

Have great holidays everyone! See you in 2019!
