The monthly top 5(ish): July

Ah, July. My favorite month of the year.

Where I live, July means 31 days of sweet, sultry summer. I love it.

But alas, July has parted, with such sweet sorrow.

Nevertheless, let us harken back to days of yore, with not five, but six great blog posts of Hyland lore.

The top 56

1. I’ll be back

For the second month in a row, this fun comic strip is the No. 1 blog post of the month. Because everyone loves the Terminator.

So, when Larry channels his inner cyborg to demonstrate his commitment to digital transformation, nothing can possibly go rong.

2. What our execs are reading: Sam Babic

Interested in what Hyland’s senior vice president and chief technology officer – who leads a team of more than 1,200 people – is reading? Or what’s inspired him over the last 22 years in the content services industry?

Check out what Babic calls a “suite of reading that gives IT entrepreneurs and executives the edge they need to navigate change both within their industries as well their organizations.”

3. What our execs are reading: John Rice

For the inaugural post of this popular new series, we heard from John Rice, vice president of global healthcare services at Hyland.

Here on The Hyland Blog, we’re constantly tapping the collective wisdom of our corporate leadership team, especially when it comes to technology. But sometimes, it’s great to find out who they turn to for advice.

4. High-tech future of accounts payable

How will emerging technologies like AI, big data, and blockchain affect accounts payable?

Turns out, many of you want to know, as it’s one of our top blog posts for the second month in a row.

5. #CommunityLIVE meets Facebook Live: Make your Mark in the Morning

We went live from downtown Cleveland, Ohio, to hear updates from both executives and the people who are putting together the most extensive offering of education, networking opportunities, and entertainment we’ve ever offered at our annual conference.

The blog post is here, but you might want to go right to the video to see why you should attend CommunityLIVE and how you can make your mark.

6. Why Hyland is a leader in Forrester’s Wave for ECM Content Platforms, Q3 2019

Recently, Hyland was named a “leader” in The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Content Platforms, Q3 2019 report.

Ed McQuiston, executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Hyland, wrote a great blog post that talks about why we continue to earn this recognition, and why it’s important to not only our customers, but the people they serve as well.

Another reason we’re a leader is because we’re full of go-getters. For example, as we do every month, we promised you five blog posts.

But this time, we delivered six.

Alas, now that we have go-getted, and told our tales of hither and yon, it is time for us to embrace August, before it, too, is gon.
