Focusing on the health and wellbeing of our community

During these challenging times, Hyland’s top priority is supporting the health and wellbeing of our extended family – our employees, customers, partners and the communities we serve all around the world.

Supporting our employees

We’re focused on keeping our employees as healthy and safe as possible as we continue to operate as an essential business, supporting critical organizations such as hospitals, government agencies and financial institutions. We’ve advised the vast majority of our employees to work from home, placed restrictions on travel and visitors, implemented social distancing and enhanced cleaning protocols at facilities that must remain open.

We’re also offering expanded wellness resources to help employees manage impacts to their physical, mental and financial health.

Supporting our customers and partners

We’re committed to supporting our customers and partners as they work to support the people and communities they serve. We remain fully operational and fully capable of delivering our entire suite of service and support offerings. We’re working closely with customers to manage stressors specific to their organizations and industries, understand their concerns and priorities, and determine how we can be of the most help.

Additionally, we have identified a number of ways we can immediately help customers address needs related to empowering remote workforces, ensuring business continuity, responding to staffing impacts and scaling for system demand. We’ve identified ways we can support healthcare organizations on the front lines by helping to streamline clinical workflows and enhance medical imaging capabilities. These offerings are all quickly deployable, and we are providing them at low or zero cost.

Supporting our communities

Now more than ever, we recognize the importance of giving back to the communities we serve. In addition to our ongoing community engagement programs, we have repositioned our annual Harvest for Hunger event as a virtual food drive to benefit local food banks and hunger organizations.

I’m extremely proud of the commitment my fellow Hylanders continue to show in support of our communities. While these efforts play but a small role in the larger global response, they exemplify the compassionate, collaborative spirit that makes me proud to call myself a Hylander.

To my colleagues around the world working tirelessly to support our customers and partners, to our customers and partners working tirelessly to support the people you serve, and to everyone heroically serving on the front lines of this crisis, thank you for all you are doing.
