Hyland named a Leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Services Platforms

This year feels different for so many reasons – most of which I don’t need to restate here. Right now, it’s hard to be sure of anything. At Hyland, we have always taken pride in helping organizations be more flexible, adaptable, productive, and secure. We feel a deep responsibility to our community of customers and partners. If we can help them feel more secure in an otherwise unstable world, we are doing our job.

Being named a Leader in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Services Platforms is a major point of pride for us. We feel even more proud when we reflect on the fact that Hyland has been named a Leader for 11 years running.

The world needs leadership right now. Even more than that, we need helpers. If people calling us a leader means we can instill greater confidence in our customers and partners as we help them navigate their business challenges – well, that’s a big win in our book.

Helping is at the core of everything we do. It’s why we are continually innovating, enabling governance, expanding our industry expertise, offering increased functionality via integrations, and providing deeper levels of service year after year. It’s an honor to be recognized by Gartner, but it’s especially meaningful to receive such positive feedback from our customers – and I encourage you to explore their feedback.

Two leaders are better than one Hyland acquires Alfresco

You may have heard Hyland recently acquired Alfresco, a content services platform and solutions provider. This acquisition further develops our product suite with even more powerful tools, and expands our already impressive team of experts.

“Alfresco’s open-source architecture and modern, cloud-native digital business platform will further expand our technology capabilities and offerings and help deliver the best solutions to our customers as they increasingly look to the cloud to optimize processes while removing the burden of in-house data and system maintenance,” said Ed McQuiston, executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Hyland.

Independently, Hyland and Alfresco were named Leaders in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Services Platforms. We’re incredibly excited to join forces to continue developing a content services platform that’s even more robust, connected, and innovative than ever.

So many businesses are accelerating or revamping their digital transformation initiatives to keep workforces productive and remote, provide virtual services, and keep up with rapidly changing markets. They are looking to leaders like Hyland – with a broad, flexible platform – that will enable them to be equal parts secure and agile. It’s our responsibility to keep growing in thoughtful ways that will help our customers be future-proof.

With two Leaders in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Services Platforms, we can provide even more value, security, and help – when it really matters. Click here to download the report.
