Hyland adds powerful robotic process automation capabilities

artificial intelligence

I would like to share with you my unbridled excitement about the following announcement. That’s right, unbridled.

You see, for more than a year, Hyland has been pursuing the right robotic process automation (RPA) solution for our organization, our customers and our partners. We evaluated numerous offerings along the way and explored both partnerships and acquisition opportunities alike.

When the dust settled, there was one company that stood out as the perfect choice as an acquisition: Another Monday, a German-based RPA software developer.

Another Monday? What’s that all about?

Glad you asked.

Freedom and creativity

Another Monday stands for a different type of Monday. A better Monday, representative of every day when employees and companies wave goodbye to monotonous and mundane tasks, embrace automation and allow software robots to perform the tedious work that once took away freedom and creativity.

With Another Monday, I am convinced the journey of these last 12+ months was to get us to exactly this destination. The right destination.

The team, the products and the philosophies of Another Monday match those of Hyland. The software’s configurability and the organization’s philosophies on RPA promise to serve as a perfect complement to our customers’ Hyland solutions.

The addition of a feature-rich, highly configurable, end-to-end RPA software solution is an integral component of Hyland’s intelligent automation strategy. It’s also a natural fit for our customer base – with broad, dynamic use cases across the industries we serve. And the customers our partners serve.

And that’s what it’s all about: Giving our customers an easy way to take advantage of technology that automates repetitive and high-volume data processes for them.robotic process automation

Value, efficiency, ROI

Organizations are focused on value more than ever before. Improved efficiency, cost reduction and return on investment are at the top of the list for every executive I speak with.

That’s why I’m so excited.

ALL our customers can benefit from our ability to provide them with higher levels of automation as offered through RPA. We will be integrating Another Monday’s RPA technology across the Hyland platform – so it doesn’t matter what solution(s) you’re running, you’ll soon have the ability to take advantage of RPA. This also gives our valued partners the ability to offer RPA technology to their customers, further helping organizations across the globe work smarter.

Another Monday was positioned as a “Visionary” by Gartner in the Magic Quadrant for Robotic Process Automation Software 2019. Its four complementary software products will enable Hyland customers to augment existing process automation solutions with innovative RPA functionality.

“Adding RPA to Hyland’s content services platform extends and augments our low-code process automation offerings, enabling a next level of digital transformation to all of our customers,” said Bill Priemer, president and CEO of Hyland.

I mentioned earlier that this process took more than a year. That’s because the key to our acquisition strategy is the perfect fit. And that goes beyond the technology and the organization that becomes part of the Hyland family.

It also extends to our new customers, who we want to be part of the Hyland community. So I want to make sure to say that Hyland will continue to support Another Monday’s current solutions and customers.

Yes, I’m unbridled about this incredible opportunity. You should be too. With the integration of Another Monday’s RPA technology into the Hyland suite, it’s one more way for your organization to increase speed, improve the customer experience and accelerate your digital transformation journey.

And in today’s business world, that’s what it’s all about.
