Hyland’s Alfresco platform

The latest releases for the Alfresco platform provide enhancements from content and process services to improved developer experiences and support for cloud infrastructures:

  • Improvements to Alfresco Digital Workspace and Alfresco Mobile Workspace, as well as integrations with Microsoft Teams, enhances access to valuable business content and user experiences that empower users to take action and make better business decisions
  • Simplified upgrade process and standardized workflows now make it easier than ever for customers to take advantage of content-centric workflows to act on critical content in the right context
  • Enhanced administrative options provide more tools to control security within the system and ensure both secure storage and retention on leading cloud platforms

Perceptive Content Foundation 22.2

With this newest release the Perceptive Content platform enables you to extend the reach of Perceptive Content within your organization. It also includes our next-generation browser-based client, which leverages the Hyland UI and the reusable components that are now part of every Hyland product. Further enhancements have all been made to improve performance, scalability, security and serviceability.

Hyland’s Nuxeo Platform

This quarter’s additions to the Nuxeo Platform bring features that create a better user experience, more streamlined workflows and reduced costs with:

  • Compound Documents V2
  • Disabling Dependencies in Nuxeo Studio

As an organization’s content grows with newer, larger file formats, it’s necessary to develop more streamlined, automated features to help manage the volume. With these enhancements to the Nuxeo Platform, administrators and users will be able to better support next-gen content and fine-tune multilayer models and complex dependencies within Nuxeo Studio.

Brainware for Invoices 22.1

This quarter Brainware for Invoices adds enhanced features and updates for improved ease of use for users and administrators to further streamline invoice capture and verification with functionality that:

  • Provides ability to look up company codes directly from the Brainware verifier form
  • Enables users to set the invoice type based on the invoice history
  • Offers dynamic payment terms, which allow making payments as soon as the invoice is approved — and now supports German and French invoices
  • Adds customer and vendor material line-item matching for improved success rate of line pairing

Hyland Direct Spend Matching for Workday

This new solution from Hyland provides users with visibility into all procurement documents within Workday and automates related accruals and accounting.

Designed for retail, hospitality and other product-based industries with direct spend, this packaged solution supports complex three-way matching scenarios across a single or multiple ERPs and point solutions. The solution enables customers to easily integrate high volumes of procurement documents into automated AP/Workday workflows.

Hyland Healthcare’s Intelligent Diagnostic Imaging

Recent releases from Hyland Healthcare greatly expand support for diagnostic and clinician experiences.
