Coming this summer to a computer near you: Hyland Virtual Forums From the cloud to robotic process automation, and low code to intelligent automation, we'll explore how you can use innovative tech to get ahead.

The word ‘forum’ makes me think of the Roman Forum: The center of daily life in ancient Rome. Walking around its ruins today, you can almost feel the Forum’s former grandeur, with skeletons of enormous temples, the outlines of formerly massive government and municipal buildings, and a plethora of statues.

Taking credit for the Forum, Augustus, Roman emperor from 27 B.C. to A.D. 14, reportedly said, “I found Rome a city of bricks and left it a city of marble.”

Technology for organizations is similar. Think of the hundreds, if not thousands, of tech solutions your organization relies on to operate these days. If you don’t assemble them correctly, they’re just piles of bricks.

But if you put them together with a strategic plan, you can build a city of marble.

Assembling your bricks

With our sights set on helping our customers successfully build their empires, this summer we’re hosting a series of virtual forums tailored to the specific needs of your industry. They’re great opportunities for you to join content services professionals, digital transformation experts, industry insiders, and your peers. In sessions on topics from the cloud to robotic process automation, and low code to intelligent automation, we’ll explore how you can use innovative tech to get ahead.the roman forum

The virtual forums will be short, one-day events — or in the case of healthcare and cross-industry, spaced out over a few weeks — so you can easily fit them into your schedule.

Here’s a quick glance:

  • Financial services: Learn how to leverage the power of information by connecting people and processes to better serve your customers and members
  • Government: Explore modernization strategies that help you communicate, coordinate, and collaborate to deliver a better constituent experience
  • Higher Ed: Find out how moving to the cloud and enabling self-service improves the student experience
  • Insurance: Learn how insurers are combatting increasing fraud, touchless claims, remote workforces, and more
  • Healthcare: Discover the latest tools and strategies that will help your hospital or health system innovate, adapt, and improve the patient experience
  • Cross-industry (coming soon): Learn what comprehensive, flexible business solutions you can utilize to improve the way you access and use information to make more informed decisions and deliver superior service — no matter who your customers are

Leading up to the main event

The Hyland Virtual Forums will highlight the best of the industry tracks from CommunityLIVE, our annual user conference, but they do not replace it. To get the most out of your solutions, plan to attend both the Hyland Virtual Forums and CommunityLIVE, which will be virtual this fall.

Think of the forums as prep work. As they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day. … Sorry, I had to.

Then, in the fall, CommunityLIVE will be our deeper dive, featuring industry sessions, as well as product updates, training and recertifications, technology trends, business transformation, thought leadership, and more. Registration will open this summer.

Until then, register for the Hyland Virtual Forum applicable to your industry today!
