Hyland recognized as Best in KLAS in the Document Management and Imaging category

KLAS released its 2014 Best in KLAS report last Thursday, naming Hyland, creator of OnBase, “Best in KLAS” in the Document Management and Imaging category.

We’re proud to add “Best in KLAS” to the other healthcare industry accolades we’ve earned. Hyland is exclusively endorsed by the American Hospital Association, and we’re the only ECM vendor with a healthcare focus to be named a ‘Leader’ in Gartner Inc.’s Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Content Management* five years in a row. But, truth be told, this recognition is very special for us because of how those “Best in KLAS” rankings are determined.

We’re “Best in KLAS” because our healthcare customers said we are.

This means a lot. During a year when we experienced record-setting growth, to learn fromour customers that we were able to do so without losing focus on the most important aspect of our business – the happiness of our customers – is incredibly validating. And, even though we consistently enjoy a 98 percent customer renewal rate, to know that our customers like us is a pretty great feeling.

With more than 20 years of healthcare technology and leadership experience, Susan deCathelineau is Hyland's senior vice president and chief customer success officer. In prior roles, she has led health information management, revenue cycle, and electronic medical record initiatives and has transformed processes by building and leading successful cross-functional teams. Before joining Hyland, she was Director of Corporate Information Systems at Allina Health. There, Susan led an enterprise-wide implementation of Hyland’s OnBase content services solution and its integration with the Epic EMR. Prior to Allina Health, Susan was vice president of product management at QuadraMed. She managed the product launch strategy and go-to-market programs. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in health information management from the College of St. Scholastica and completed her master’s degree in health services administration at the College of St. Francis.
