Enhancing the patient experience, together

What does it take to create a successful business partnership?

Is it quality products? A positive customer experience? 24×7 technical support? Great sales support? Strategic planning? Effective marketing? High-quality training?

Likely, it’s all of the above.

But what is the driving purpose – the why – for organisations to become business partners? This is the question I am constantly considering when recruiting for Hyland partners, like at the upcoming 2019 Health Informatics Conference in Melbourne, starting on August 12.

Worldwide network

Hyland has a long history of collaborating with a network of exclusive partners across the globe to meet the needs of our customers.

With more than 400 partners worldwide across 80 countries, we support healthcare organisations in 27 languages. We combine the best partners in the industry with the best content services and information management solutions in the world – all focused on the goal of improving the patient experience.

Every day, more than 2,000 healthcare organisations leverage Hyland Healthcare’s suite of products to complete the patient record, eliminate reimbursement delays, and enhance their business processes. By combing enterprise imaging and medical imaging management with business process and case management capabilities, Hyland’s Healthcare solutions address the clinical, financial, and operational needs of healthcare organisations around the world, empowering them to become more agile, efficient, and effective.

Aligned vision

Back to the question of why. Why is it that you do what you do? Why should we consider becoming partners?

Together with our customers and partners, Hyland aspires to help improve the lives of patients and enhance the experiences of healthcare consumers around the world.

I believe it starts with aligned business visions. And the alignment of that purpose is what is going to make for a successful partnership.

A shared purpose

That shared purpose – along with specific resources, people, and support– is how we build strong partnerships. We believe offering world-class products and collaborating with industry-leading organisations brings successful partnerships.

In the end, it’s all about helping healthcare organisations deliver the best patient care possible, no matter where they’re located in the world.

If this aligns with your goals, stop by booth #18 at the Health Informatics Conference, August 12 – 14 at Melbourne Convention Centre, where we’ll be showcasing our solutions. You can meet our team and start the conversation about a partnership with Hyland.

See you there!
