This is my ninth anniversary as an OnBase evangelist. That’s nine years of talking to customers who have OnBase, need OnBase, or are just searching for a better solution to an old problem.

Almost a decade later, I have found that the “old problem” is not going away and may be increasing. I’m talking about AP content, and in particular, invoice documents. In all of the customer conversations I’ve had over the years, no one has ever mentioned how much they love indexing invoices manually or searching for documents in file cabinets or network shares.
