Are we really almost halfway through 2017?

Sure, I’m a little early. But we’re all busy. And the Fourth of July holiday weekend is speeding toward us.

If you’re like me, your plan is to get yourself – and your dogs – as far away from fireworks as possible. Maybe not. Maybe you like loud noises. I’m not judging. My dogs are, but I’m not.

But I digress. My point is to take a quick look back at what our readers have been most interested in for the (almost) first half of 2017.

By Katie Alberti

Katie shows us that good advice – in convenient numerical format – stands the test of time. She wrote this post three years ago, and so far this year, it’s number three.

  1. How do you drive profitability in your organization?
  2. How are you linking your HR successes with a return on investment?

Figuring out the answers to these questions will position your HR department for lasting success.
