OK, here we go. Which two of these statements are true, and which one is false?
When someone at your organization asks you, “What is a case management approach?” you should tell them:
- It’s a way to improve how your organization manages unstructured work and unpredictable, knowledge-driven processes like investigations, incidents, and requests – and has nothing to do with Matlock.
- It empowers you with 360-degree views into the information you need to make smart decisions, from data records and documents to conversations and emails.
- It’s a way to replace the role of a knowledge worker in unpredictable, unstructured, and decision-driven work.
