Don’t miss these industry sessions at #CommunityLIVE!

Believe it or not, we’re nine days away from CommunityLIVE!

Thousands of your peers and hundreds of Hyland experts are preparing to come together in downtown Cleveland to listen to great keynote speakers, learn from each other, and network at amazing evening events.

Third-Eye Blind, anyone?

Beyond enjoying the welcome reception, rocking out at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and attending a Cleveland Indians game, to truly get the most out of CommunityLIVE, it’s time to plan what sessions you’re going to attend.

Of course, we’re here to help.

So let’s start with a great tip. If you’re curious about how to best prioritize your tech investments to stay flexible enough to meet both customer and employee needs, join Cheryl McKinnon, Forrester’s principal research analyst, to discuss the tech innovations shaping the content, process, and automation markets. It takes place Wednesday, September 19, at 11:15 a.m. in Superior Ballroom A.

As you get ready, you can also use these great tools to get the most out of your week:

Now let’s get specific. Here are some things to think about for your particular industry during the conference.

The healthcare sessions will help you learn best practices, find out about the healthcare applications your peers are utilizing, and become aware of the latest updates for Hyland Healthcare solutions. You also just might figure out how to find some additional value in the solutions you already own.

We have great industry and customer speakers this year. We’re proud that Janet King, senior director of market insights at HIMSS, will be talking about the work she has done on connected healthcare and the state of interoperability in healthcare. King will be presenting with Susan deCathelineau – Hyland’s senior vice president of global healthcare sales and services – in two separate sessions, so you don’t have to miss this one.

Here are a few more sessions and panels you might want to attend:

  • 9/17 @ 11:15 a.m.: A talk by Ann Cote, director of document management at NYU Langone Medical, regarding how the organization improved its admission process using a mobile solution for electronic registration and consents to reduce costs and improve the patient experience
  • 9/18 @ 8:15 a.m.: A new track for enterprise imaging on Wednesday, starting with a panel discussion of “The Status of Enterprise Imaging” with Brian Bialecki, director of systems administration and enterprise architect imaging at the American College of Radiology, and Cheryl Petersilge, M.D. at Vidagos Advisors
  • 9/18 @ 3:30 p.m.: An interactive panel discussion with Spectrum Health and its provider sponsored health plan, Priority Health, on innovative ways the organizations utilize OnBase
  • 9/19 @ 9:00 a.m.: Hear Monica DeWitt, director of admissions and customer resources, share how Foundations Health Solutions simplified referral management between acute and post-acute facilities with the potential to generate $5.9 million in additional revenue each year

Razvan Atanasiu, Hyland’s vice president of healthcare engineering, will also be leading a great session discussing the technology that enables the storage and retrieval of both content and medical images to and from Hyland’s vendor neutral archive.

This technology is a key part of our connected healthcare strategy: To provide our customers with a connected platform that serves as an enterprise system for unstructured content and gives providers complete visibility to a patient’s medical history, allowing them to make fully informed decisions at the point of care.

Because it’s all about improving the patient experience.

Commercial & Business Process Automation

The commercial and departmental solutions agenda this year includes interactive roundtables that will foster the exchange of ideas. They’re also great opportunities for you to ask questions and get answers to your specific needs.

The roundtables include:

  • Choosing the Right AP Automation Strategy for You
  • OnBase Integration for SAP: Can you do more than AP?

Meanwhile, the Business Process Automation expert station will be bigger than ever. You’ll find departmental process automation and the commercial lounge in industry row. There, we’ll be showing off our Accounting, HR, and Contract Management automation solutions as well as some never-before-seen applications and integrations we have up our sleeves.

Also, don’t miss these great sessions:

  • 9/17 @ 10:15 a.m.: Four Signs Your Organization has Document Management Compliance Issues (and what to do about it!)
  • 9/18 @ 4:30 p.m.: Transportation and Global Trade Documentation Control in OnBase
  • 9/19 @ 1:00 p.m.: Financial Automation Roadmap: Accelerate Processes Beyond AP

Our goal is to help you optimize your current IT stack by providing common sense, easy-to-implement guidance as you continue your digital transformation journey.

Additionally, this will be a great opportunity for you to meet many financial services professionals from all walks of life to network and trade best practices with. As you determine the sessions you plan to attend, we encourage you to definitely check out:
