CommunityLIVE 2021: It’s go time!

CommunityLIVE is happening now!

Hyland’s annual conference, CommunityLIVE, kicks off today for our customers, partners and team members around the globe, and I’m so excited for what we have in store for you. (If you haven’t yet registered for this free event, there’s still time to join the fun!)

We’ve been hosting this event in one form or another for more than 20 years. Back when we had a single product line, we called it the OnBase Technical Training Conference (OTTC).

CommunityLIVE is still very much a training conference, designed to be educational, to help you optimize the content services solutions you have in place and learn about new or additional solutions you can use to accelerate your organization’s digital evolution.

It’s also about sharing. Connecting with peers working in your industry, or in similar roles, to exchange ideas, successes, challenges and best practices. Sharing feedback with Hyland — letting us know what we need to keep doing, and what we need to improve.

CommunityLIVE can be an opportunity to reconnect and have some fun. Many of us have known and worked with each other for quite a while. We’ve become friends, we enjoy seeing each other and CommunityLIVE serves as an annual reunion, even though it’s virtual again this year.

That’s why we’ve put together a thoughtful and engaging mix of speakers, sessions and programs this year.

Experience

In my keynote on Wednesday, I’ll recommend a few things you can do to accelerate your digital evolution, help your teams perform better and deliver more seamless, satisfying experiences to all your stakeholders.

Then, Scott Dwyer, our senior vice president of product and strategic planning, and other members of our research and development team will spotlight advancements we’re making across our portfolio. They’ll explain what we’re doing to help you take full advantage of all the cloud has to offer, and they’ll outline the steps we’re taking to ensure that quality is core to everything we do.

On Thursday, Ed McQuiston, our chief commercial officer, invites communication coach Bronwyn Saglimbeni to help us bring our best selves to the virtual work environment. Then he’ll welcome a few Hyland customers to share how they’re improving stakeholder experiences by relying on modernized, agile processes.

Looking for guidance on how to make the most of your CommunityLIVE experience? At CommunityCENTRAL, featuring more than 40 virtual booths, you’ll find a welcome center staffed by Hyland employees.

We’ve enhanced our virtual networking program this year. With our matchmaking offering, you can fill out your user profile, and the system will connect you with individuals who share similar business information. It’s a great way to connect with peers tackling similar challenges.

Choose from a variety of educational content tailored to your specific role, product and industry. Our product general sessions showcase enhancements for OnBase, Nuxeo, Alfresco and Perceptive Content, and industry general sessions will provide insights and information geared toward specific markets.

Live breakouts follow both product and industry sessions, offering focused conversation and interactive Q&A around topics such as low-code application development, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation. Outside of these live sessions, you can continue your learning via self-paced labs and on-demand content.

Connect

Of course, CommunityLIVE isn’t just about education and networking. We offer fitness classes, wellness sessions and entertainment. I’m especially looking forward to hearing from Michael Phelps on Friday. He’ll discuss what it takes to sustain peak performance over the long term, and suggest some ways we can all support one another’s wellness and wellbeing.

We’ll close with a performance from Grammy-winner Sheryl Crow, performing from her studio in Nashville, Tennessee, site of CommunityLIVE 2022.

It’s going to be a great few days, and I hope you’ll come away refreshed, inspired and ready to take the next step in your organization’s digital evolution. From all of us at Hyland, thank you so much for joining us!
