Hyland named one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For 2016

Fortune-100-2016-blog

For the third consecutive year, Hyland, creator of OnBase, has been named among the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For. This year, we moved up an impressive 28 spots to #48 – unreal!

On our 25th anniversary, we have so much to celebrate. But we won’t typically spend too much time reflecting on the past, especially when there’s so much ahead to be excited about. We’re always looking forward – how to be an even better place to work, improve our relationships with customers and be more involved in our communities.

Every day is different here and there’s always something new to learn. That’s why maintaining a supportive, collaborative environment through change continues to be a top priority.

We recently reached more than 2,100 employees, and we’re looking to welcome 400 more Hylanders worldwide in 2016. We’re proud that we’ve been able to grow so much, while still managing to stay uniquely “us.” We like to think it’s because our core values have always included treating employees as family and customers as partners.

For us, the connection between happy Hylanders and happy customers is clear – when you enjoy coming to work every day, you’re willing to go the extra mile.

Our programs and benefits are geared toward what’s important to our employees, whether it’s our onsite fitness classes, wellness center, daycare, annual celebrations, career development initiatives or the myriad perks they enjoy every day. Hylanders talk and we listen to help them achieve a fulfilling #HylandLife.

We have Hylanders to thank for our place on the Fortune 100. Their responses to the survey conducted by the Great Places to Work Institute are the reason we continue to make this coveted list.

Being the go-getters that we are, we’re already thinking of ways to show our thanks in 2017. We’re nothing without the contributions that our employees have made to this company. So our job in HR is making sure they truly feel our thanks and appreciation.

And, of course, that they are always looking forward to many wonderful years ahead – together.
