Hannah Frimel recently joined Hyland’s Customer Experience team, taking on the role of the Project Coordinator. As such, she follows up with the individuals who respond to our surveys to discuss and better understand their concerns and any challenges and issues they might be experiencing. Hannah’s goal is to facilitate constructive dialogue and change, both internally and externally, to help improve our customers’ experiences with our product, our people, and our processes.
