Introducing Hyland’s Customer Experience Lounge!

Here at Hyland, one of our core values is to treat our customers like partners. This attitude has been a key to our success since 1991. Now, we’re taking it to the next level with … the new Customer Experience Lounge!

The lounge is a space where our customers can recharge, relax, and connect with others between training sessions. In the next stage, they’ll even be able to view solutions in action. It’s also a hub where employees can visit to stay current on relevant survey trends. The lounge features a range of content via interactive media displays to encourage and promote transparency around the feedback we receive and the impact it has throughout Hyland.

The lounge also includes a direct line to the Customer Experience team to provide visiting customers and prospects the opportunity to offer their immediate feedback. And we really do listen. For example, OnBase 18 has more than 3,100 customer-driven enhancements.
