Hear from the experts at the Hyland Summit | EMEA

If your organisation is looking to get the most out of its IT investments and create a competitive advantage through digital innovation, then next week is for you.

The Hyland Summit | EMEA, 6 – 8 November in Frankfurt, Germany, will empower attendees with educational sessions, networking opportunities, and an incredible lineup of keynote presentations. In addition to Hyland’s senior leadership – who represent a combined experience of almost 80 years in the content services industry – we’ll be featuring the following thought leaders from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Sue Clark: How to ensure successful case management projects

With more than 29 years’ experience, Sue Clarke is a senior analyst at Ovum, providing analysis on enterprise content management technologies including digital asset management, web analytics, archiving, capture and scanning, case management, customer communications, and e-discovery.

Clarke will highlight some of the results of a global market insights survey carried out on behalf of Hyland and Ovum, providing insights into the issues organisations are facing and how case management solves them.

Jason Reed: Consumer digital trust in the age of normalized data breaches

Jason Reed, senior industry analyst and primary research architect at Frost & Sullivan, will discuss the results of his organisation’s Global State of Digital Trust Survey and Index 2018. Reed will present findings that consumers globally – and in Europe in particular – have only a marginal degree of trust in organisations to protect their digital data.

Reed will also discuss the direct link between declining consumer trust and decreased usage and spending with any organisation with whom consumers may do business with online. The study shows that, simply put, organisations overestimate the trust that consumers have in them.

Gary Barnett: Getting a grip on your customers’ digital transformation journeys

Gary Barnett, chief analyst of technology thematic research at GlobalData, will discuss what he calls “the death of customer relationship management and the birth of the customer-managed relationship in the financial industry.” Barnett will compare traditional institutions versus new business models and discuss how banking environments will be in transition for the next decade.

Barnett will talk about the challenges of transformation and why it is so important today. He’ll also highlight some key technologies that can help organizations on their digital transformation journeys – but will emphasise the strategic, cultural, and leadership challenges that lie at the heart of transformation.

Ollie O’Donoghue: Change management

With experience in the IT services industry as both a practitioner and a research analyst, Ollie O’Donoghue, research director at HFS Research, understands the impact IT services have in the modern business environment. O’Donoghue’s mission is to provide visionary insight into the major innovations impacting business operations, including: Automation, artificial Intelligence, blockchain, the internet of things, digital business models, and smart analytics.
